Acrel-2000ES, an energy storage energy management system, is an energy storage EMS developed specifically for industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets and energy storage containers produced by equipment suppliers, energy storage integrators, and battery manufacturers.
Acrel-2000ES can connect the equipment inside the energy storage cabinet or energy storage container to the system through direct procurement or through a communication management machine or serial port server. The system structure is as follows:
Control Strategy
1 | Manual Control | Manual on-grid and off-grid switching is supported, and the PCS protocol must support to control it. |
2 | Plan Control | Users configure the electricity price template according to the price, set the charging and discharging power of PCS in different periods, and form a plan control template; you can set the plan daily and weekly. Adapt to the plan control in multiple regions and multiple electricity price environments. |
3 | Demand Control | The demand value is collected in real time by connecting the main meter on the low-voltage side of the transformer of the main incoming line. When the demand value reaches the limit value (settable), demand control is triggered. The system can reduces the power of charging and discharging for battery according to the configured parameters. |
4 | Dynamically Expand Transformer Capacity | By connecting the main meter to the low-voltage side of the transformer in the main incoming line, the transformer load rate is collected in real time. When the transformer load rate reaches the limit value (settable), the protection is triggered. The system can reduces the power of charging and discharging for battery according to the configured parameters. |
5 | Anti-backflow control | The reverse power data is collected in real time by connecting the main meter on the low-voltage side of the transformer of the main incoming line. When reverse power occurs and reaches the limit value (can be set), the system will perform static storage, reduce discharge, Charging and other actions according to the configured parameters..The system's antibackflow strategy is implemented through software protection. If you need to achieve faster response and more reliable protection, you need to add a corresponding reverse power protection device to immediately trip the protection when reverse flow is detected. |
6 | Backup Power | When an abnormality or failure occurs in the power grid, off grid operation is supported, and the PCS needs to support this function. |
7 | Supervision System Protection | Real-time reading of equipment operation data, combined with limit parameters for abnormal alarm protection and linkage control.
